BODY CHEMISTRY PROFILE
First I will have you complete a 300-question online assessment that evaluates your total body health from digestion to vitamin and mineral status, hormonal balance, and cardiac fitness.
Next we'll make sure I learn everything else I can about your health and lifestyle, including medical history, schedule, food preferences, cooking skills, and how much change you want to make: baby steps or are you ready for a complete overhaul?
NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENT PLAN
From there, I will make tailor-made nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations specifically designed for your body’s needs and your personal goals.
My goal is to teach you the principles of nutrition so you can confidently take control of your own health, but I’ll be with you every step of the way through regular, monthly check-ins.
